Terms

Business Hours 
Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Central Time.  Fax and internet orders may be place anytime.  Orders received after the 3:00 p.m. Central Time will be processed the next business day. 

Payment Terms 

Credit Cards.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. 

Credit Terms.  You can apply for credit with Mid West Glove, and receive payment terms of Net 30 days.  To establish credit with us please call us at 1-800-327-5581 to request a credit application.  You will need a bank reference and three trade references. 

Electronic Billing/Large Retail.  Member stores from larger retail based brands such as Ace Hardware, Do it Best Corp., True Value, ect. should contact us directly to establish a new customer account.  In most cases all billing arrangements have been setup for member stores.

International Orders & Shipments 

We're sorry but we do not accept international orders or ship products outside the United States at this time.

Shipping & Processing Charges 

All orders are shipped by US Postal Service or UPS ground service.  A shipping and processing charge of $9.95 will automatically be added to all orders falling below our $175.00 prepaid minimum.  All orders greater than this minimum will be shipped prepaid.  For customers wanting to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or to ship by Second Day or Overnight Delivery, the cost of the carrier's shipping charges will be added to the order.

Our shipping and processing charge is intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you have purchased, and delivering them to your specified shipping address.  This standard charge is subject to change as market conditions an prices dictate.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Mid West Glove, you may return the items purchased within 60 days.  Please help us process your return by calling our customer service department at 1-800-327-5581 to request a return authorization number.  Items that are not defective must be returned in resaleable condition.  After we receive your return, an exchange or credit will be issued to you.  On certain items and certain quantities, a restocking fee of no more than 20 percent may be assessed. 

Warranties

Mid West Glove & Supply makes no warranties of any kind and disclaims all express warranties and any implied warrantee of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  Mid West Glove’s liability, if any, for negligence or otherwise, is limited to return of goods sold and refund of purchase price.  This is the exclusive remedy and under no circumstance is Mid West Glove liable for consequential damages. 

Privacy & Security  
If you register or place an order with our company, we ask for your company name, address, phone number, contact name and email address.  This information is for our business use only and we pledge to safeguard the confidentiality of your business and personal information with firewalls and authentication protection.  We will not share your information with other third party companies for any reason.  Periodically we will review the security policies of our providers and changes may be implemented if deemed necessary.  If you have any questions about this privacy statement, the practices of this web site, or your dealings with this web site, please contact us.
